課程概述

國際企業管理研討，簡稱IB-2，這是 IB 組博士班的必修課程，它試銜接 IB-1的理論和IB-3的進入模式。
它的角色在於兩部分: 一來，熟悉本領域的經典論文和新進觀點的主題， 二來，培養研讀論文、報告、討論的眼界和能力。透過此課程，期能使修課者，能夠衍生進一步研究的方向，以及建構其研究的核心能耐。 

課程目標
 To enhance doctoral students' knowledge base about managing multinational enterprises externally and internally. MNEs' relationships with the nation-state has taken up the most of issues externally and this course will also cover cross-cultural issues along with the expatriates subject.
